These are some of the community service experiences and volunteerings I have participated in from secondary school and outside organisations.
Community Service
I did ushering duties and handed out flyers to members of the public to promote the Blood Donation Drive hosted by my CCA Red Cross Youth and school, which was held at Mountbatten Community Centre in 2015 and Kinex Mall in 2016.
Visited the “Red Cross Home for the Disabled” for the second time when I was in Red Cross Youth. We performed songs and read books to the home, and just being there for them despite some not being able to respond to our performances. It was truly memorable and heartwarming.
Visited residents of Dakota Crescent to give out donated hampers. I was given this opportunity as I volunteered for my school's "Hearty Breakfast" Programme where we would serve breakfast for the elderly of Tung Ling Eldercare Centre once per month on a Wednesday.
Volunteered as a Youth Volunteer and conducted games and activities for the Southeast CDC UBS "CampVision Live Your Dreams!" camp for youths from Malaysia and Singapore in 2014 and 2015.
